Hello everyone,

To start, I want to thank you for your consistent support, optimism and excitement surrounding Kinderfeets. Without YOU, we would not be the same, and our message of sustainability, adventure and child development would not extend across the world. It is strong partnerships and relationships like the ones we share that will carry us all through this tough season.

Of course, I am not here to tell you anything that you don’t already know. However, I am here to remind you that we are all in this together – not a single person is in this crisis alone. If you, a customer or client has questions or concerns surrounding Kinderfeets’ products, manufacturing methods or way of business, our team is here to assist you! Our Canada office continues to do business as we are all working from home. We are here to provide you with encouragement and excellent service. Whatever you need – please say the word!

At this time of writing, all Kinderfeets warehouses around the world are shipping to stores, customers and other warehouses. Our factories are operating functionally and efficiently. At worst, we are seeing slight delays with shipping as containers are backlogged. If this is the case with your shipment, you will be informed. Please rest assured that Kinderfeets products are safe.

I also want you to remember – although it might be difficult at times – how significant play is for the mental and emotional well-being of both our children and selves. Play gives our imagination adventurous life; it’s an expression of creativity that will never be wrong, outdated, boring or unimportant. In fact, today, play is more important than ever!

We will absolutely come out on the other end of this pandemic more resilient, knowledgeable, motivated and grateful.
