What is Kinderfeet's shipping policy?
When you place an order with Kinderfeets, in-stock items leave our shipping facility in 1-3 business days. Processing times may increase to five business days during promotional periods. We initiate shipments Monday through Friday. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow approximately 2-8 business days from the time your order leaves the warehouse for the postal carrier to deliver to your address. If you have questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please contact the postal carrier directly. Please note that due to COVID-19, many postal carriers are experiencing longer than normal shipping times. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Small toys have a shipping fee of $5. Cargo Walkers, Prams, and Toy Boxes have a shipping fee of $15. Bikes, Trikes, and Kinderboards have a shipping fee of $20. Replacement parts ship for free. What is Kinderfeet's return policy?
We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with Kinderfeets products. Items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date the order was placed. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your purchase is damaged, or you are experiencing problems please contact our warranty department by emailing email@example.com. Please provide a description of the problem you are experiencing as well as contact information for our team to reach you.
All returns must be accompanied by a RA (return authorization) number, which may be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will need to clearly mark this RA number on your returning parcel, and reference it on all email correspondence. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the parcel. Once the refund is authorized, you will be credited for the cost of the product and applicable taxes, less the initial shipping cost.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.
Please allow 8 – 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns.
What is Kinderfeet's warranty policy?
All products include a one-year warranty from date of purchase for manufacturer's defects. Contact us at email@example.com for warranty claims and include a photo of the defect, a description, as well as a copy of your receipt.
